WHAT
IS WEBTRACKER?
With
American Recovery Service, Skipbusters and
the Patrick K. Willis Companies, Inc you have
an online interface to view, update and add
new accounts for your company.
Begin
by going to the main company website. Click
the WebTracker Log-in button on the left hand
side of the page. If you want to bookmark
the site, please only bookmark the main website
page.
You
will be asked for your username and password.
Be
aware that the password is case sensitive
and you are only given four chances to log
in correctly before your IP Address is blocked
to prevent unauthorized access and to prevent
the guessing of passwords. If you are locked
out, you will need to contact the IT Department
at ARS / Skipbusters to have the IP address
unblocked.
Once
you have logged into WebTracker, you will
see the main menu.

From
this page, you will be able to navigate through
your accounts which are being serviced by
our company.
By
clicking on the Account Lookup link, you are
taken to the first page of accounts.
The program starts you out by listing the
OPEN accounts for all REPS, which are 7 DAYS
OLD or less and sorts them by your account
number, what we term the “Note Number”.
You may change the sorting selection at any
time by clicking on the drop down arrows on
these items and pressing the SORT PAGE button.

To
view the details of an account, click on the
VIEW link which is on the left side of the
page, in front of the ARS account number (as
seen above).
This
is the basic Account Information screen, of
an open account.
You can view all the account info, the CSR
assigned, their email address, any instructions
sent to us, and view the account notes history
and you can submit to us new updates.

With
WebTracker, you can place an account on HOLD.

Select the reason
Code of why the account is to be placed on
HOLD, and you can send instructions, notes
or other information by typing into the Additional
Notes section.
When
you place an account on HOLD or CLOSE the
account, an email update is sent to the Customer
Service Representative which is assigned to
your account. The CSR will then contact the
Repossession Agency the account is assigned
to and relay the instructions. If the time
is after normal hours, an email message is
sent to specific individuals at their home
address, and also on the managers’ cell
phones, alerting them of the change in status
of your account.
You
can also CLOSE an account.

Here
also you can select the REASON for CLOSE,
and send us instructions, notes or additional
information.
Adding additional
information has never been easier. In WebTracker,
click on the ADD NOTES link at the top of
the page and you will be taken to this screen
where you can add instructions, additional
address information, comments, details of
the account which would be important to ARS
or Skipbusters for us to secure your collateral.
These
updates are added immediately to the database
file and sent to the CSR via email so your
information is relayed faster than a phone
call or a fax.

Documents
sent to ARS and Skipbusters can be scanned
and added to the account file for you to retrieve
at your convenience. The initial assignment
fax is scanned and saved into the file. After
Repossession, additional documents are scanned
and saved. Including the Condition Report,
the Repo Info Sheet and any pictures that
are taken by the Repossession Agent will be
added to the account file which you can access.
Searching
for your accounts on a WebSite system can
be confusing if you’re not familiar
with their terminology. But we have tried
to make searching simple.

From
the main menu page or any page which has a
SEARCH link, you can Search for Accounts!
The
search page is easy to operate. You choose
what type of info you are going to search
for: the ARS / SB Account number, last 6 characters
of the VIN, the registered owners’ SSN,
the Loan Number (YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER), registered
owners’s name or by the “Rep Name”
which would be YOU!
A
Hint!!! Keep it Simple!
Type in just a few letters or numbers and
add an asterisk then press the SEARCH at the
bottom of the page.
You
will be given a result list to open your account.
On
this example, I typed 40* for the ARS Account
number:

You
can now click on the VIEW link and see the
details of your account. Searching by the
Debtor Name (R/O) is just as easy.
An
important page: Changing your Password.
When
you log in for the first time, you will be
prompted to change your password.
At ARS and Skipbusters, the IT Department
can set your initial password, which will
usually be “123456”.
To
continue using WebTracker, you will have to
set your password. The rules for this password
are that it must contain:
It must contain 1 Capital Letter
It must be between 8 and 15 characters long
It must have two numbers in it.

If
you forget your password, the IT Department
cannot tell you what it is, but we can reset
the password so you may change it again.
To
contact the IT Department at ARS, either email
us at itdept@pkwillis.com or call our office
at (800)398-6480
There
are other functions in WebTracker, such as
the adding of account.
Users can manually type in the information
or submit the info in an excel type file which
can contain 1 assignment or hundreds. The
processing time for us to upload the accounts
is only seconds.
Currently,
some clients do not utilize the upload or
add accounts feature, but when you are ready,
we will be also.
Below
is the example of the Add Accounts screen.

This is the end
of the basic instruction manual for WebTracker.
Please remember
to Always LOGOUT, before closing the browser
window.
This
enables us to close the session and for your
company’s monthly reporting needs, this
keeps the information accurate.
If
you have any questions, or additional ideas
that you feel would benefit you and our system,
we would like to hear from you. Please send
your ideas and suggestions to itdept@pkwillis.com
